Beginning Gourd Class with Mary Pryor

Class fee $45 – gourd and materials provided

We will learn to:

wash & clean a gourd
cut & sand
dye & seal
embellish with natural fibers

You will need to bring:

an old towel
plastic or metal dish scrubber
scissors
apron or old clothes

Beginning Pine Needle Class with Mary Pryor

Class fee $45 – gourd and materials provided

We will begin with a small coiled pine needle basket,learn about embellishments and how to coil on a gourd.

Hills, Valleys and Bridges with Mary Pryor

Class fee $45 – gourd and materials provided

Students need some experience in gourds. We will measure and cut a 5 to 7 inch gourd, then coil with pine needles. Click here for a photo. Please email or call to register. Supplies and lunch details when you call.
